Refund and Returns Policy

We work hard to prepare fresh, pure-veg momos with the best quality ingredients.
Since food items are perishable, our refund and return rules are very specific and transparent.


⭐ 1. No Returns on Food Items

Because all our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns of any food item once delivered or picked up.


⭐ 2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be provided only in the following situations:

✔ Wrong order delivered

(Example: You ordered veg steam momos but received paneer momos.)

✔ Order missing items

(Example: Missing sauce, fewer plates, etc.)

✔ Poor food quality

(Verified on a case-by-case basis.)

✔ Payment deducted but order not received

(Online payment failure or technical error.)


❌ Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing order
  • Wrong delivery address given by customer
  • Customer not available to receive the order
  • Delay due to weather, traffic, or third-party delivery services
  • Little variation in taste or appearance
  • Store timing mismatch

⭐ 3. Order Cancellation Policy

Before preparation begins:

✔ Full refund (if prepaid)

After food preparation starts:

❌ No cancellation
(As momos and fillings are freshly prepared.)


⭐ 4. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund within 2 hours of receiving your order.

⭐ 5. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Amount will be returned through the original payment method

⭐ 6. Bulk Orders / Party Orders

Refunds for bulk orders apply only if:

  • Wrong order supplied
  • Major quality issue
  • Food not prepared as agreed

No refund for cancellation after preparation.


⭐ 7. Delivery Issues (If using Swiggy/Zomato)

If you ordered through Swiggy/Zomato, refunds will be handled directly through those apps, not through our website.


⭐ 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Refund Policy anytime.
Revisions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
